– Responsible for the administration and delivery of total rewards programs that are aimed at attracting and retaining talents.
– Partner with internal clients to design and implement compensation, benefits and total rewards programs that drive the achievement of business objectives and results.
– Ensures compensation programs; improves existing/develops new processes and service delivery standards.
– Well control all C&B activities in terms of payroll, labor contracts, policies and benefits, timesheets, internal & external labor reports, etc.
– Performs labor issues or labor disciplinary process if any violation of company regulations or requirements.
– Leads the rollout, communication, and ongoing administration of new and existing compensation & benefits programs and policies.
– Participating in new projects of the People and Culture Division: job hierarchies, re-organizations, Competency Framework, etc.
Yêu cầu
Education & Training:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or related field.
Experience & Skills:
– 5+ years of relevant experience.
– Proven goal achievement.
– Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
– Proficiency in software and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Comprehensive knowledge of compensation & benefits budgets and HR laws.
– Proficient in English and Microsoft Office.
