Job description

  • Receive and implement the direction information from the CEO of the
    Colleges & Universities Division.
  • Support in supervising, managing progress, workflows as requested by
    the Line Manager.
  • Follow up incoming issues and concerns addressed to/by as requested by the Line Manager.
  • Provide event management support (meeting planning and arranging,
    coordinating/ recording meeting minutes, etc.) as requested by the line
  • Report fully and directly to the CEO of the Colleges & Universities
    Division on matters related to the tasks according to the Company’s
  • Conduct other tasks required by the Line Manager.

Job requirements

  • Education: Graduate from University/Master in the fields
    related to Business or related majors.
  • Experience: Have at least 2 – 3 years of experience.
  • Knowledge in Marketing and Sales.
  • Be good at communication. Handle situations effectively and efficiently.
  • Be good at English communication.
  • Be proficient in office skills.
