Quality Assurance and Accreditation Officer

EQuest is currently one of the largest private education institutions in Vietnam with more than 120,000 students enrolled annually in our member schools, including K-12 schools, universities and vocational institutions, foreign language schools, as well as various Edtech platforms.

Your role: As our Quality Assurance & Accreditation Officer, you’ll be the driving force behind Cognia’s accreditation process, enabling our school members to unlock the incredible benefits of Cognia and achieve excellence.

1. Accreditation

• Develop and implement accreditation plans, providing guidance to our member units.
• Be the go-to expert, offering training, coaching, and unwavering support throughout the accreditation procedures.
• Ensure seamless compliance with accreditation standards, meticulously handling required documents and data.
• Create insightful reports and recommend solutions to address any challenges that arise.
• Take charge of organizing and hosting impactful accreditation activities.

2. Quality Assurance tasks:

• Lead the assessment and finalization of reports while evaluating our team members.
• Spearhead the implementation of effective quality assurance policies and procedures for our member units.
• Regularly conduct essential quality assurance activities to ensure excellence.
• Skillfully identify and resolve any operational issues and workflow inefficiencies.
• Thoroughly document quality assurance activities and craft insightful reports.
• Offer valuable input and action plans to enhance the performance of our accreditation and quality assurance department.

3. Others:

Conducting other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu

Education, Training level: Bachelor degree or higher, majoring in Quality Assurance in Education, English Language Teaching, Educational Management or related majors.

Experiences and skills:

• Bring at least 3 years of experience in the K-12 or education sector. International experience is a big plus.
• Your background in teaching or educational management at school, district, or city level is highly preferred.
• Prior involvement in educational quality assurance & accreditation is warmly welcomed.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and generating comparative reports.
• Score an impressive IELTS 6.5 (or equivalent), with an outstanding 7.0 in writing.
• Adept in using Microsoft Office to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
