Responsibilities:

• Provides operational and strategic leadership to drive service excellence and a highperforming collaborative culture.
• General HR program/policy development, administration
• Oversees benefits strategy
• Staffing and Recruiting
• Talent & Organization performance
• Training & Development
• Solving problems arising in labor relations.
• Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
• Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s performance appraisal and rewards policy
• Establishes & Implements strategies that have short to mid-term (1-3 years) impact to business in alignment with the organization objectives.
• Develop plan for optimizing the organization, function and the talent required to execute strategies in job area
• Maintains compliance with labor laws and relating regulations, reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor/Master degree with Human Resources or similar position
• Candidates with more than 5 years of experience are preferable.
• Proficient in and well-versed in labor laws, personal income tax regulations, social insurance laws, and related legal provisions.
• Experienced in handling administrative tasks and situations.
• Proficient in developing rules, procedures, and managing budgetary aspects related to payroll expenses.
• Supervisory/ Management Responsibility.
• Proficient in English communication (Candidate with IELTS certificate is preferred)
