1. Phân tích dữ liệu/Data Analyst

– Phối hợp với các Khối Kinh doanh để hoàn thiện Master Data gồm Cơ cấu kinh doanh chiến lược (SBU), KPIs, Sản phẩm/Dịch vụ, CoA, SOP…
Coordinates with the Business Divisions to complete Master Data including the Strategic Business Units (SBU), KPIs, Product/ Service, Chart of Account (CoA), Standard Operating procedure (SOP)…
– Phân tích và sắp mức ưu tiên của chỉ số KPIs, dựng lưu đồ dữ liệu để các kỹ thuật viên thực hiện theo;
Analyses and prioritizes set of KPIs and metrics, and builds data flow diagrams for developers to follow;
– Sử dụng ngôn ngữ lập trình (Python, SQL) để tìm các mẫu ẩn trong dữ liệu và tạo hàm DAX để tính toán và trình diễn báo cáo trên Power BI;
Uses programming language (Python, SQL) to find hidden patterns and creates DAX queries to generate data and presents reports on Power BI;
– Thử nghiệm các kịch bản, UX/ UI trước khi triển khai cho người dùng;
Tests business scenarios, UX, and UI before launch out Go-live; 
– Điều phối đào tạo và truyền thông cho các bên liên quan tham gia và tuân thủ các quy trình.
Provide training and communicate to the stakeholders to involve in and adhere to the updated procedure.
 

2. Điều phối dự án/Project Coordinator

– Theo dõi tiến độ thực hiện công việc, vấn đề phát sinh theo yêu cầu, đảm bảo các tiến độ và chất lượng công việc.
Follow up working progress and arising issues as requested to ensure that actions arising from correspondence and meetings are completed in a timely and appropriate manner.
– Báo cáo hàng tuần và đầy đủ cho quản lý trực tiếp các vấn đề liên quan đến công việc đang thực hiện.
Report weekly and fully to the line manager on matters related to the assignments.  
– Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được phân công của quản lý.
Conduct other tasks as requested by the line manager.
 

Yêu cầu

– Bằng cử nhân; tốt nhất là về Tài chính / Kinh doanh / MIS / Khoa học máy tính hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan;
Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Finance/ Business/ MIS/ Computer Sciences or relevant field;
– Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 2 năm
Have at least 2 years of experience.
– Có kinh nghiệm làm Chuyên viên phân tích dữ liệu hoặc ở vị trí tương tự;
Prior experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar position;
– (Các) bằng cấp liên quan đến dữ liệu là một điểm cộng;
Data-related qualification(s) is a plus;
– Có kinh nghiệm về Thiết kế/ Triển khai/ Đăng Giải pháp
Experience with Solution Design/ Implementation/ Post
– Kinh nghiệm Hỗ trợ triển khai quản lý Dự án là một lợi thế.
Implementation Support Project management experience is a plus.
– Kĩ năng công nghệ: Python, SQL, Dax;
Technical Skills: Python, SQL, Dax;
– Kỹ năng tổ chức, trực quan hóa và quản lý xuất sắc;
Excellent organizational, visualization and management skills;
– Tiếng Anh nói và viết lưu loát (ưu tiên IELTS 6.0 hoặc phải cải thiện sau 06 tháng làm việc);
Fluent English both written and spoken (IELTS 6.0 preferably, or must improve after 06 months of working);
– Kỹ năng phân tích, giải quyết vấn đề và triển khai các biện pháp;
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and drive;
– Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ trong công việc
Ability to pay attention to detail;
– Am hiểu về quản lý rủi ro và kiểm soát đảm bảo chất lượng;
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
– Tư duy tích cực, thái độ dám nghĩ dám làm và quyết liệt trong công việc.
Positive thinker with a can do/will do attitude.
