Employer Branding:

• Corporate with related stakeholders to identify EVP and promote the EVP through various channels/digital platforms.
• Develop and drives the employer brand strategy ensuring alignment with the recruitment. Propose some initiatives to boost the Employer Branding through events and other platforms
• Organizing and participating in employer branding events such as: Job Fair, Career Talk University Event
• Working with agencies to produce media communication
• Develop & implement content plan for involved campaign
• Measure and report the effectiveness of Employer Branding campaigns on analytics
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.

Talent Acquisition:

• Build up connections with universities to receive high-quality internship applications.
• Build online recruitment channels.
• Post job vacancies, screen resumes, interview and screen candidates according to the company’s plan.
• Support recruitment process
   

Yêu cầu

• Minimum 3 years of experience with a strong background in Employer Branding, Marketing/Communications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing or related field preferred
• Experience in content creator on social media channels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to write compelling story
• Creative, result-oriented, user-focused
• Good English communication
